A native Jacksonian, Victoria Gholar received her BS in nursing from Alcorn State University and her MS in nursing and health care administration from UMMC. Victoria has over 18 years of experience as a nurse and is board certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In addition to psychiatry, Victoria has worked in the following specialty areas: oncology, pediatrics, and cardiology. Previously, Victoria has served in roles such as clinical director, EversCare, and director, HR Talent Acquisition. Currently, Victoria is the director of strategic initiatives and resource management in the School of Population Health.
